Payment for hire must be made BEFORE using the facilities.
-
Reservations for hire must be booked and paid for in advance either by phone or on arrival.
-
Your car is parked on the landowners property entirely at your own risk.
-
Dogs MUST be on leads when walking to and from the paddock
-
You and your dogs and other members of your party are NOT to wander onto the campsite but must only head straight to the dog paddock and straight back again on your return.
-
There are no toilets available at present
-
Please wear suitable footwear for uneven ground or mud.
-
Well behaved children are welcome but have to be accompanied by an adult. Children or anyone else must not climb on or misuse the equipment in any way. Any misuse of the equipment will result in a ban and no refund of monies. Any damage to equipment or property belonging to the landowner caused through misuse is to be paid for by yourself. You and your group are not permitted anywhere else on the surrounding land and must remain inside the paddock until you leave.
-
Use of the equipment and paddock is entirely at your own risk. It shall be up to yourself to check and make sure the equipment is safe and suitable for the use of your dog(s) and that the perimeter fence is secure enough to keep your dog contained. Please note the land is rough farmland with bumps and will be uneven in places. The landowners shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss to yourself, your dog(s) or any other member of your party by using the equipment and facilities or for any injury or loss sustained anywhere on the landowners property.
-
You must have dog waste bags on you at all times and must clean up immediately after your dogs and dispose of all waste in the bins provided. The paddock will be checked at random for dog poo. Our spaniel is very efficient at finding it!
-
You shall not move or try to move any of the fixed equipment.
-
Do not let your dog dig holes. It can cause others to break their legs. Any holes must be filled by yourself.
-
The field is stock proof but not necessarily dog proof for all dogs, we do our best but don't guarantee that your dog cannot escape. You are responsible for checking that the field is secure enough for your dog particularly if your dog jumps fences! If your dog is prone to chase cattle or sheep please check with us as occasionally there may be cattle in an adjacent field.
-
You may meet other clients walking to or from the paddock, please keep a good distance away - not all dogs are friendly or relaxed.
-
Please be ready to leave as your slot ends so the next group can come in without delay - their dogs may be nervous or not dog friendly. Please do not arrive at the car park too early in order to allow the previous party to leave before you arrive. Ideally arrive 5 minutes before your start time
-
Do not, under any circumstances enter the paddock if the previous client is still present. Call over to them and wait at a polite distance for them to leave. YOU MUST LEAVE THE PADDOCK BY THE END OF YOUR TIME SLOT EVEN IF YOU ARRIVED LATE!
I understand that by booking and using these facilities that I have read and agree with the terms above and that I use these facilities entirely at my own risk and that my dogs' behaviour and actions are my sole responsibility and no claim can be made against the landowner or their employees or their representatives.
Errors & omissions excepted. Liable to change without notice.
