Please read the important info below before you book
 

• Advanced bookings only please do not just turn up!

• You can book online up to 14 days in advance. If you wish to book further in advance please give us a call on 07982 492 501

• Do not arrive too early to avoid crossover with other dogs.

• You must leave the paddock promptly when your time is up. Please do not loiter in the car park so you don't meet the next clients arriving. 

• Payment must be made at the house before using the facility.

• You MUST leave your dog in your car while you come and pay.

• Cars are left in our parking area at your own risk and we will not be responsible of any damage or loss to vehicles.

• There is a short walk (150yds) to the paddock.

• Dogs MUST be on leads until inside the secure area and also on the way back to your car.

• You MUST pick up your dogs poo and place the bags in the bins provided.

• Well behaved children are welcome but must not climb on fences, gates or tamper with the equipment and must remain inside the paddock with you at all times.

• No dogs or children must not be left unattended inside the paddock.

• You are coming into a rural area so be aware fields, paths, roadways etc. will be uneven and/or slippery. There may be prickly hedges and trip hazards. We will not be responsible for any accidents however caused.

• Do NOT bring your dog if it has had loose poo's in the last 24hrs

Come Prepared

• Bring your dogs drinking water with you as we do not provide it.

• Bring poo bags there is a bin provided. Do not throw your dog waste into the undergrowth or hedges.

• There is no shelter in the field at present and no toilets available.

• Wear suitable footwear.

BOOKING

• When you book online you will receive a confirmation email. If you can't see it check your spam box.

• Payment is not required on booking at present until you arrive.

• Please inform us ASAP when cancelling or amending your booking.

• It is helpful to us if you register your dog although not necessary you can do so here.
